The 2017 WNBA Finals was the best-of-five championship series for the 2017 season of the WNBA, tipping off on September 24. It was the second consecutive time the two teams meet at the finals. The Western Conference champions Minnesota Lynx defeated the Eastern Conference champions the Los Angeles Sparks in a 3–2 win. Sylvia Fowles was named the 2017 WNBA Finals MVP.
