The 2018 NBA Playoffs was the postseason tournament of the National Basketball Association (NBA)'s 2017–18 season, which began on April 14 and ended with the 2018 NBA Finals in June. The defending NBA champion and Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors defeated the Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers in the Finals in four games to win their second consecutive title, third in four years, and sixth overall.
Kevin Durant was named the Finals MVP for the second consecutive year. This was the fourth and final straight Finals matchup between the Warriors and Cavaliers, and, as of 2022, the last time that the Cavaliers made the NBA Playoffs.
