Alonzo Harding Mourning Jr. (born February 8, 1970) is an American basketball executive and retired player. He played in the NBA for 10 seasons, for the New Orleans Hornets (1992-1995), Miami Heat (1995-2001), New Jersey Nets (2003-2004) and then for the Heat again from (2005-2008). He was a member of the 2006 championship Miami Heat along with teamates Dwyane Wade, Shaquille O'Neal, Udonis Haslem, and Jason Williams. After being a Free Agent for a majority of 2008, Mourning officially retired.
