Andrea Bargnani (born October 6, 1985) is an Italian former professional basketball. Bargnini played 10 seasons in the NBA (from 2006 to 2016). Bargnani played 8 years in Italy before joining the NBA, where was drafted first overall by the Toronto Raptors in the 2006 NBA Draft. In 2016, Bargnani signed with the Spanish League's Baskonia, retiring after the end of the season.


European Career

He began his career in the 2002-03 season playing for the Stella Azzura Rome in the Euroleauge. Bargnini scored 13 Points a game and 4 rebounds. In 2003-04 he signed with Italy's Benetton. He scored 12 points a game and 5 reobunds to lead Benetton to the Euroleauge championship.

NBA Career

His was drafted first overall in the Draft. He played his first game against Sacramento Kings he scored 20 pooints and grabed 4 rebounds. So far (as of 3.21) he has played 25 minutes scoring 11 points per game and grabbing 4 rebounds a game.
