The Atlantic Coast Professional Basketball League (ACPBL) is a professional men's basketball league . The league initially was made up of two teams formerly in the Premier Basketball League , three formerly of the Eastern Basketball Alliance , and three expansion teams. However, in January 2011 the Washington GreenHawks ceased operations[1] and were replaced by the Tri-City Suns .[2]
