The Atlantic Sun Conference, currently branded as the ASUN Conference, is a conference participating in the NCAA's Division I, with member institutions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. Founded in 1978 as the Trans America Athletic Conference, the league changed to its current name in 2001, and adopted the "ASUN" branding in 2016.
