Logo Děčín--resizecrop-c220xt220 BK Děčín is the name of Czech basketball club playing National League basketball.

The beginnings of the team began in 1945 when the club was founded as part of Decin Sokol. In 1960 he fought his way to Decin League 2, and in 1974 the first Czechoslovak Premier League. Immediately after one season descended back to the 2nd League, a similar scenario is then repeated even in the seasons 1986-1987 and 1988-1989. In 1993, BK Děčín his way into the already-Czech top league, where he has since played continuously until the present day. The greatest success of the team from the north of Bohemia is the gain bronze medals in 1998, 2009 and 2011. In 2011 he won team bronze medals also Děčín in the Czech Cup Final 8 in basketball, when the battle for 3rd place team defeated BK Prostějov.

S in home games played in the whole BK Děčín sporotvní Marold hall in the street. It bears the name of CEZ Sports Centre. It is after extensive renovation in 2004 the capacity of 1200 spectators. In the season 2010/2011 BK Dečín fell in the semifinals of the playoffs and won the bronze medal.
