Conference USA (known as CUSA) is a conference participating in the NCAA's Division I, with member institutions in Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. It was founded in 1995, the result of a merger between the Great Midwest Conference and five schools from the Metro Conference.
