The Creighton Bluejays basketball team is the NCAA Division I men's basketball program of Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. They currently compete in the Big East Conference. The team last played in the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament in 2018. The Bluejays are currently coached by Greg McDermott.
The Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team plays their home games at CHI Health Center Omaha (formerly Qwest Center Omaha and CenturyLink Center Omaha), currently the largest arena in Nebraska with a capacity of 17,560. Since moving from the Omaha Civic Auditorium to CHI Health Center for the 2003-2004 season, Creighton's average home game attendance has been in the top 30 nationally. Last season, Creighton's average home game attendance was 15,909, 13th in NCAA Division I.Big East Conference.
Creighton's men's basketball program has been a member of the Big East Conference since the 2013-14 season. Prior to the 2013-14 season, the Jays participated in the Missouri Valley conference from 1977-2013. Prior to that they participated as an Independent from 1948-1977.

- Creighton is the only NCAA Division-I men's basketball team with a Bluejay as its mascot.
- During the 2006-2007 season, the average attendance at a Creighton men's basketball home game was 15,909, which was good enough for 13th in the nation.
- From 1961-2003, the Creighton men's basketball team played their home games at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. The "Civic" remained home to the Creighton women's basketball and volleyball teams until 2009, when the school opened the on-campus D. J. Sokol Arena. The "Civic" was closed in 2014 and demolished in 2016.
- Benoit Benjamin is the only player in Creighton men's basketball team history to have recorded a Triple-double in a single game.
- A Bluejays basketball great who went on to major success outside the sport was Bob Gibson, who completed his Creighton career in 1957 as the school's third-leading scorer. He briefly played for the Harlem Globetrotters, but turned his attention to baseball, where he became a legendary pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals and was inducted into that sport's Hall of Fame at his first opportunity in 1981.
