The D'Youville Saints, nicknamed Spartans before 2020–21, represent D'Youville University, a Catholic institution in Buffalo, New York, in NCAA Division II sports as members of the East Coast Conference. The Saints moved from NCAA Division III in 2020, where they had been members of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference.
