On November 6, 2007, the Division II Findlay Oilers beat the Ohio State Buckeyes 70-68 in an exhibition game. A few days earlier, fellow GMAC member Grand Valley State defeated the #8 Michigan State Spartans 85-82 in two overtimes in another exhibition game.
