The Great Lakes Valley Conference (known as the GLVC) is a conference participating in the NCAA's Division II. It was founded in 1978.

- Kentucky Wesleyan (1978–2012) — now in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference
- Lindenwood (2019-2021) — now in the Division I Ohio Valley Conference
