James Mikely Montell Posey, Jr. (born January 13, 1977) is an American former professional basketball player who currently serves as an assistant coach for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He won three NBA championships as a member of the Miami Heat in 2006 and Boston Celtics in 2008, and as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.
