Kathleen Marie Scheer (born September 11, 1989 in Washington, Missouri) is a women's basketball player for Duke University.

Playing career[]

High school[]

Scheer played in the McDonald’s Riverway H.S. Basketball All-Star game and had 14 points. During her high school career, she accumulated 2,432 points (22.7), notched 1,407 rebounds (13.1), 643 blocks (6.0), 395 assists (3.7) and 192 steals (1.8), all school records . Her class rankings in 2008 were: 21st (Hoopgurlz), 22nd (Blue Star), 31st (All-Star Girls Report)[1]

NCAA[]

Scheer joined Duke in 2008 and appeared in 22 of 33 games, averaging 6.1 minutes per game. Versus Siena, Scheer scored a season-high 14 points and grabbed a season-high seven rebounds. For the 2009-10 season, she came off the bench in 29-of-36 contests, averaging 6.6 minutes per game
