The Lone Star Conference (known as the LSC) is a conference participating in the NCAA's Division II. It was founded in 1931. The LSC has its headquarters in the Dallas–Fort Worth suburb of Richardson, Texas, sharing office space with the NCAA Division III American Southwest Conference.
Along with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, it is the largest Division II all-sports conference; both leagues will have 18 members in the upcoming 2020–21 school year. The LSC underwent a major expansion in 2019, absorbing seven members from the disbanding Heartland Conference and also adding one school upgrading from Division III.
