The O. Wayne Rollins Center is the focal point on the University of the Cumberland's campus with over 105,000 square feet of floor space. Built in 1928, this building was completely remodeled as the Rollins Center was constructed.

The main arena is located in the Rollins gymnasium. With 1,670 fixed seats, is a magnificent setting for convocation, concerts, basketball games and practices, and special programs. The space on the floor and the top concourse will allow seating for an additional 1,200 people. The arena area also includes a walking track, a hospitality room, an audio-visual control room, a men and women's varsity basketball dressing rooms, a concession area, a game officials' room, and various offices for the members of the athletic staff. This area is also wired to broadcast live radio and television. The focal point of the stage area is the 10 ft. by 35 ft. stained glass window illustrating Cumberland's commitment to God and to the students from the Appalachian region.

The Rollins Center also has a plethora of other offices in the gym. It is home to the Men's and Women's Lacrosse offices, both Men's and Women's Basketball offices, and the Athletic Directors Office. The Rollins Center also has 2 locker rooms for the men and women's basketball teams. As well as a visiting locker room below the gym.
