Ohio Athletic Conference

The Ohio Athletic Conference is a conference participating in the NCAA's Division III. It was founded in 1902, but did not begin formal basketball play until the 1923-24 season.

  • Baldwin Wallace first left the OAC in 1919, but rejoined for the first basketball season in 1923. It left again in 1948 and rejoined in 1961.

  • Ohio Northern left the OAC in 1949 and rejoined in 1973.
