Richard Leonard Adelman (born June 16, 1946) is an American retired professional basketball player and coach.
He coached 23 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He served as head coach of the Golden State Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets and Minnesota Timberwolves.
