Shaka Smart is an American college basketball coach, and the head coach of the Virginia Commonwealth University Rams. Although the former Kenyon College Lords' point guard has never secured a spot in the NBA, he has previously been the assistant coach for four different schools and the director of basketball operations at Dayton from 2001 to 2003.
