The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference is a conference consisting mostly of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) that participates in the NCAA's Division II. It was founded in 1913 as the Southeastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The conference changed to its current name in 1929.
