Representing the great tradition of Czech basketball, they won the Saporta Cup in 1969, only a year after losing the same title in the final game against AEK. Slavia also reached the 1966 Euroleague final, losing to Simmenthal Milano.

USK Praha, now plays in the Czech National Basketball League - the highest competition in the Czech republic.
