Francisco García (born December 31, 1981 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a professional basketball player in the NBA. He played college basketball at Louisville and was taken with the 23rd overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. He now plays a variety of positions for the Kings and mostly comes off the bench as a small forward behind Ron Artest.

As a college basketball player,in his Junior year he averaged 15.7 points per game and led his team (a 4 seed) to the 2005 Final Four, that was held in St. Louis. After his junior year, Garcia was drafted in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. He was the 23rd overall pick. During the 2005 Final Four, he was highly known for his triumphant story of escaping poverty and becoming a successful basketball player. He was also known for making everybody around him better as a point guard and making his teammates better. When his younger brother Hecter died in 2003, he was devastated. He used that, however, as motivation to succeed and be a role model for those in poorer conditions.

He is 6 foot 7 inches (2.01 m) and 190 pounds (86 kg).

Francisco was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Bronx, New York with his mother Miguelina Garcia and younger brother Hector Lopez.
